How do I unsubscribe?
Updated at:
- Sign in to your Account
- Go to My Subscriptions
- Select 'Unsubscribe’
- Your subscription will be unsubscribed immediately
- We will not take any further payments
- Any payments made towards your next shipment will be automatically refunded to the card used to make the original payment
- An email confirming you have unsubscribed will be sent immediately
- Your Contact Lens prescription will remain in your account and you can re-instate at any time providing your contact lens prescription has not reached its expiration date
