Returns Policy

Unwanted Contact Lenses and/or Solution bought on this site can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact lenses and/or Solution must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Any Contact Lenses and/or Solution which has been opened and unsealed cannot be returned.

Please follow the instructions below to return your order:

  • Sign in to your account and go to ‘My Orders’.
  • Select the order you wish to return and indicate your reason for returning the order.
  • Return your contact lenses in their original packaging and include the dispatch note.
  • Circle the Return Address and write "RTS" on the packaging.
  • Securely place the package in a Royal Mail post box.

Orders that have been returned will be processed on receipt.

If you have requested a refund, it will be processed back to the same card you used to pay for the order. Once we have processed your returned order successfully, we will email you to let you know that a refund is in process. Refunds usually take up to 10 days to show on your card but please note that refunds can sometimes take up to 30 days to appear on your card.

Items returned for a replacement will be automatically processed the day following receipt at the warehouse.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
