How do I re-instate from unsubscribed?

Updated at:

  • Sign in to your Account
  • Go to My Subscriptions
  • Select the relevant subscription from the list
  • Check your payment card is still valid and if not input a new payment card
  • Check you contact lens prescription has not reached expiration; if it has follow the instructions and if required, upload your new contact lens prescription
  • Click 'Re-instate'
