What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered?

  • Sign in to your Account
  • Go to Order History
  • Click "Order Details" next to the relevant order
  • Your next Shipment date will be shown
  • Deliveries typically are within 2 business days from shipping
  • If your order has already been dispatched and has abtracking number that number can also be seen here
  • If the Shipment Status shows as ‘undelivered’, please check your shipping address and amend as necessary before contacting us on 0345 603 2020
