What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered?

- Sign in to your Account
- Go to Order History
- Click "Order Details" next to the relevant order
- Your next Shipment date will be shown
- Deliveries typically are within 2 business days from shipping
- If your order has already been dispatched and has abtracking number that number can also be seen here
- If the Shipment Status shows as ‘undelivered’, please check your shipping address and amend as necessary before contacting us on 0345 603 2020
